Sara Head
Vice President, Marketing
Sara Head is the Vice President, Marketing, of Foresight Diagnostics. Sara’s marketing experience spans product marketing, brand management, market research, and corporate communications across biotech, medical device, and consumer health care industries. Prior to Foresight, she led corporate and biopharma marketing at PathAI, a leader in AI digital pathology, including the launches of the company’s first AI products. Sara also partnered with product, business development, and lab operations teams to drive translational research services and central pathology lab operations with pharma partners across oncology, NASH, and IBD. In addition, she held product management roles at Boston Scientific and Kenvue (formerly Johnson & Johnson Consumer) and management consulting roles at McKinsey & Company. She received her MBA from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business, MSc from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and BA from Barnard College.
