Ruben Gutierrez

Ruben Gutierrez is the General Counsel of Foresight Diagnostics and brings extensive experience in corporate law and legal strategy across the biotech and genomics industries.

Prior to joining Foresight, Ruben served as General Counsel at SomaLogic where he led the legal and compliance functions, including public company legal support, securities, and corporate governance matters. His past experiences include leading legal and corporate affairs at Natera, serving as General Counsel for Human Longevity and Ion Torrent, and leading M&A diligence at Life Technologies during its acquisition by Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Ruben received his Master of Laws in Taxation from the New York University School of Law, his Juris Doctor from the University of Southern California Gould School of Law, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Los Angeles.
