Pete Reid

Pete Reid is the Vice President of Human Resources at Foresight Diagnostics. His experience includes leading strategic human capital initiatives within the manufacturing, healthcare, and public administration industries.

Prior to joining Foresight, Pete served as Vice President of Human Resources for Fading West Development, an integrated architectural, engineering, and manufacturing firm, where he developed Lean HR initiatives for improved HR efficiency and deployed advanced HR analytics to better understand complex workforce dynamics. He also held the position of Director of Human Resources for St. Vincent Health, a critical access hospital, and served as Battalion Chief of Administration for a large fire and emergency services organization.

Pete holds a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science from the University of South Carolina and a Juris Doctor from the University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law.
