
Jeffrey Gregg, MD
Vice President, Medical Affairs
Jeffrey Gregg, MD, is the Vice President of Medical Affairs at Foresight Diagnostics. He leads medical affairs strategy, including evidence generation, key opinion leader (KOL) engagement, medical education, and support for regulatory and commercial initiatives. Jeff brings more than 25 years of experience in molecular diagnostics and oncology, with a focus on liquid biopsy, minimal residual disease (MRD), and early cancer detection.
Prior to Foresight, Jeff served as Vice President of Medical Affairs at Biofidelity, where he led the clinical positioning of highly sensitive MRD and therapeutic selection assays. He has also held senior leadership roles at Harbinger Health, Freenome, and Foundation Medicine, where he directed medical strategy and education for blood-based cancer detection and genomic profiling platforms.
Earlier in his career, Jeff was a Professor of Pathology at UC Davis, where he oversaw large-scale clinical laboratory operations and served as Director of the Genomics Shared Resource for the UC Davis Comprehensive Cancer Center. He has authored more than 100 peer-reviewed publications and served on advisory panels for the FDA and Joint Commission. Jeff earned his MD from UCLA, where he also completed his residency in Pathology and fellowship in Medical Genetics.
