Carrina Cappadona

Carrina Cappadona is the Vice President of Patient and Client Experience at Foresight Diagnostics. Carrina brings over 20 years of experience leading teams focused on delighting customers across a variety of industries. Over the past 10 years, she has been exclusively in the diagnostic laboratory space leading customer support and experience functions at Invitae, Freenome, and Baylor Genetics. At Invitae, she led the Customer Support function through a period of hyper-growth which included over a dozen acquisitions and countless new product and experience launches. She played a key role in defining the customer experiences which improved accessibility and ease of use for providers and patients in the germline testing space. Carrina’s earlier career experience in software and high tech inform the way she thinks about how technology can solve problems for customers as well as for operational teams.
