Abbie Duffy, MS

Abbie Duffy, MS, is the Vice President of Market Access at Foresight Diagnostics, with responsibility for reimbursement, and payer coverage expansion. 

Abbie brings extensive diagnostic expertise with a strong background in both market access and sales leadership. Prior to joining Foresight, she was with Biodesix, where she played a critical role in overcoming coverage barriers in the lung cancer space. There, she implemented comprehensive reimbursement strategies and top-down IDN and national account approaches to secure positive coverage and contracts. Abbie also led key opinion leader (KOL) development and cultivated strategic relationships with policymakers and advocacy groups to shape policy and drive revenue growth.

Earlier in her career, Abbie was part of the team at Exact Sciences, where she was instrumental in building and launching the GI sales force for Cologuard. She later focused on complex market access challenges and executed targeted pull-through strategies to maximize screening uptake and improve patient outcomes. 

She received her Master’s Degree from Canisius College and a Bachelor’s from Duquesne University in Pittsburgh.
